At PreSonus, we are committed to your creative success and offer a 30-day return window for all hardware products to ensure you have the right gear for your studio. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your MyPreSonus account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the product in its original factory box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and registration cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
